Super Easy Zero-Sugar Sesame Bars Recipe

- 1 lb. toasted sesame (500 g)
- 5 tablespoons honey (3¾ oz. /110g)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized pot, heat up the honey on the stove until bubbles are formed.
- Add the sesame and stir until well-mixed.
- Pour the mixture on lightly oiled parchment paper.
- Cover with another layer of lightly oiled parchment paper. Make sure that the oiled side is touching the mixture.
- Roll the mixture out into a sheet of your desired thickness and trim the edges.
- Use a knife to mark the outline of squares or rectangles but don’t cut yet.
- After the sheet cools down, cut out the bars.
- The bars are already sweet, no need to add sugar.
- The sesame snack hardens but not completely, so it’s still easy to chew.
