Ingredients
- 1 big whole white cabbage
- 4 eggs
- 5 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
- 7 fl. oz. low-fat Greek yogurt (200 ml)
- 7 fl. oz. sour cream (200 ml)
- 2¼ teaspoons baking powder (½ oz. /10g)
- 5 heaping tablespoons flour (2½ oz. / 45g)
- A pinch of salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven.
- Split the cabbage into four parts then chop each one into thin strips.
- Put it in a bowl, sprinkle some salt on top, and set it aside for a while.
- Grab another bowl and mix the eggs, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and sour cream well.
- Add salt, pepper, baking powder, and flour before mixing again to create a batter.
- Pour the batter into the bowl with the salted cabbage.
- Oil the three pans before pouring in the batter.
- Bake at 340°F (170°C) until the pie is golden (should take around 50 minutes).
