It is often used as a sauce or dressing, either on its own or mixed with other ingredients such as lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil.

Ingredients
- ¾ jar raw tahini (about 375 g)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- Juice from one lemon
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Transfer into a blender and mix for a few minutes, or alternatively mix with a hand beater or a spoon in a smaller bowl.
- Transfer into a squeezable bottle, and enjoy!
