Frequently Asked Questions:
One Pot Stovetop Chicken And Rice
What type of rice did you use?
Luckily for you, I tried both round rice and basmati rice, and they tasted delicious. The main difference between both is that basmati rice is more aromatic and has a subtle nutty flavor that compliments the meal.
Round rice, on the other hand, is less aromatic with a neutral flavor.
I fry onions and carrots in the pot; after frying, I put the chickpeas and chicken and all the rest of the seasoning on top—did I understand right?
Yes, you understood correctly. After you do all that, put the rice on top without mixing.
Featured Review
“Perfect dish! Easy and delicious, and the whole house fills up with appetizing and delicious aromas!
I also tried it with chicken breast and it came out excellent and not dry.
It’s important to dice the chicken breast and not to slice it thin, this way it stays juicy and soft!
Thank you for the recipe!”
