A juicy stir-fried mushroom salad prepared in only 5 minutes that can be combined with a variety of nuts for a perfect texture and a fantastic taste.
This dish can be served as both an appetizer or a main dish, cold or warm, it’s going to impress everyone for sure!

5-Minute Stir-Fried Mushroom Salad
Ingredients
- 1 package of whole mushrooms (fresh or canned)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. teriyaki
- Cashew / walnuts / pine nuts (to taste)
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Slice the mushrooms into quarters
- Get the stove running on high, get a pan, add some olive oil and throw the mushrooms in there
- Add garlic, teriyaki and soy sauce and start stir frying for about 4 minutes.
- throw in some optional cashew, walnuts or pine nuts to enhance the overall experience
- Transfer into a serving plate, sprinkle sesame seeds, and your good to go
