A juicy stir-fried mushroom salad prepared in only 5 minutes that can be combined with a variety of nuts for a perfect texture and a fantastic taste.

This dish can be served as both an appetizer or a main dish, cold or warm, its going to impress everyone for sure!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of whole mushrooms (fresh or canned)
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. teriyaki
  • Cashew / walnuts / pine nuts (to taste)
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Slice the mushrooms into quarters
  • Get the stove running on high, get a pan, add some olive oil and throw the mushrooms in there
  • Add garlic, teriyaki and soy sauce and start stir frying for about 4 minutes.
  • throw in some optional cashew, walnuts or pine nuts to enhance the overall experience
  • Transfer into a serving plate, sprinkle sesame seeds, and your good to go
