Spicy Moroccan Fish Recipe
Fish and chips are not the right way to eat fish, this is how you should.

Aluminum foil
Ingredients
- 6-7 tilapia fillets
- 2 bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 green hot pepper (sliced)
- 2-3 ripe tomatoes (sliced)
- ½ garlic head sliced
- A bushel of cilantro chopped
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika
- ½ tsp. hot paprika
- 2 cups fresh or frozen broad beans
- ½ tsp. turmeric
- ¼ tbsp. salt
- ½ tsp. soup mix
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup oil
Instructions
- Grab a large pot and add bell peppers, broad beans, tomatoes, hot pepper, garlic, and ¾ bushel of chopped cilantro to its bottom.
- Lay the fish filets on top of the vegetables neatly.
- In a small bowl, add paprika, salt, turmeric, oil, and water, and stir the mixture well until it combines. Pour the mixture on the fish, then top it off with the rest of the chopped cilantro.
- Cover the pot with aluminum foil, then preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the fish for around 30 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
