Ingredients

  • 3 cucumbers
  • A handful of fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 small purple onion
  • Olive oil
  • Squeezed lemon
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  • Grab your cucumbers and slice them thinly without peeling them. Then, put them in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Chop your onion into thin slices, then add it to the bowl, along with the chopped dill.
  • For the salad dressing, add squeezed lemon juice, some oil, and some salt to taste.
  • Stir the mixture well with a large spoon, and add salt if needed. Then, serve and enjoy!
