Why this Raw Cauliflower Salad Recipe is A MUST-try:

Ingredients
- 1 medium-size cauliflower
- 5 scallion stalks (chopped)
- 1 bushel of parsley (chopped)
- A pinch of salt
- Coarse black pepper (to taste)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2-3 tbsp of mayonnaise (light mayonnaise is recommended to reduce calorie amount)
Instructions
- First, cut the cauliflower into florets and soak them in water, salt, and vinegar for about ten minutes.
