Ingredients
- 4 onions (chopped)
- 1½ cups self-rising flour (using an 8-oz. (250 ml measuring cup))
- ½ cup oil
- ½ cup water
- 3 eggs
- 9 oz. shredded mozzarella (250 g)
- 3½ oz. grated feta cheese (100 g)
- 1 package cut mushrooms (400 g)
- 1 tsp. salt
- Some black pepper
- 4 small cubes of butter
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture into an oiled baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake the pie at 350°F (180°C) for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out dry.
- About 15 minutes before the end of baking, top the pie with 3-4 small cubes of butter to enhance the color and flavor.
