Protein Oat Pancakes Recipe
- 1½ cups oats
- 5 oz. plain unsweetened yogurt (150 g)
- 3 tbsp. pure honey
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ¾ cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Put all ingredients together in a blender, and blend for about a minute until batter is thick, smooth and with bubbles.
- Fry pancakes in desired size on a slightly oiled nonstick frying pan.
