Ingredients

  • 1½ cups oats
  • 5 oz. plain unsweetened yogurt (150 g)
  • 3 tbsp. pure honey
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients together in a blender, and blend for about a minute until batter is thick, smooth and with bubbles.
  • Fry pancakes in desired size on a slightly oiled nonstick frying pan.
