- 1½ cups self-rising flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients by hand or in a mixer until you’re left with a smooth, clumps-free batter.
- Place the Teflon-coated pan on the stove, oil it, and heat it up.
- Pour the mixture into the pan using a ladle, one scoop at a time.
- When you see bubbles and the edges turn slightly gold, flip the pancake over and fry until it turns golden.
- Place the pancakes on a plate and serve with maple syrup, chocolate syrup, strawberries, jelly, or anything you prefer.
