This oven roasted cauliflower and carrots recipe offers you an incredible mix of scrumptious and healthy vegetables to enjoy.
What’s more, it’s super easy to make and won’t take more than 30 minutes to whip up! So, if you want the kids to eat some veggies, read on!

Oven Roasted Cauliflower And Carrots
Ingredients
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Pumpkin
- Carrot
- Zucchini
- Kohlrabi
Instructions
- Start by washing the vegetables thoroughly to ensure there isn’t any dirt or other unwanted residue.
- After that, cut the vegetables into medium-sized pieces.
- Rinse the pieces to clean the vegetables again.
- Boil some water in a large pot with a tablespoon of salt.
- Add the vegetables as soon as the salt dissolves.
- Let them cook for about 3 minutes.
- Remove the pieces and strain them from excess water.
- In a baking pan, neatly arrange the vegetables, sprinkle some salt and black pepper, and drizzle some olive oil on top.
- Place the pan in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes.
- Keep your eyes on the pan so it doesn’t burn up. There’s also no need to cover the baking pan with anything; just straight under the fire.
