One Bowl Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup of sugar
- 1 Cup of vegetable oil
- 125 ml Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Cup of self rising flour
- 1 cup of hot chocolate mix
For coating:
- 1 Dark Chocolate Bar (3.5 oz)
- 125 ml Heavy Whipping Cream
Instructions
- Mix together with a whisk the cup of sugar, a cup of self rising flour, 4 eggs, a pinch of oil, half a container of heavy whipping cream, and a cup of chocolate mix.
- Pour into a pan and place in the oven in a preheated oven at 350 F for about 40 minutes
- To prepare the Ganache -warm up on the stove-top half of the package of Heavy whipping cream and half a pack of bittersweet chocolate, and when that’s hot and the cake is hot pour half the amount of it on the cake.
- Next, add half of the chocolate package and mix it with the chocolate mixture,
- and pour over the cake again.
- It is recommended to perforate the cake with a toothpick so the Ganache will go inside.
