Crust:
- 5 oz. tea biscuits (150 g)
- 1 stick butter (100 g)
Cheese layer:
- 3½ oz. white chocolate (100 g)
- 2 tbsp. butter (25 g)
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 lbs. mascarpone (500 g)
- 9 oz. quark creamy soft cheese 5% (250 g)
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix (80 g)
- 2 cups heavy cream (500 ml)
- 1 cup sugar
Berry layer:
- 21 oz. frozen berries (600 g)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
Crust:
- First, grind the tea biscuits together with the butter.
- Next, flatten the crust in your cake pan.
- Place the cake pan in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Cheese layer:
- Place the chocolate in a bowl with butter and milk and microwave the mix until it melts.
- In another bowl, mix the vanilla instant pudding mix with the Quark creamy soft cheese and mascarpone together.
- Add a cup of sugar to the heavy cream and beat it well. Then, transfer it into the bowl with the vanilla instant pudding mix with the Quark creamy soft cheese and mascarpone in folding motions.
- Pour the bowl’s contents onto the crust and place the pan in the freezer for an hour.
Berry layer:
- Add water and sugar to the berries and blend them until they get pasty.
- Take the cake out of the freezer and pour the blended berries on it.
- Put the cake back in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Add a topping of whole berries and freeze once again.
