No Bake Biscuits Cake
How did your cake come out straight by the edges?
If you want your cake’s edges to be so straight that it looks like you bought it from the bakery, use a plastic cake collar.

Ingredients
- 1 package vanilla flavored tea biscuits
- 1 package chocolate flavored tea biscuits
- 2 cups milk
Cream:
- 2 cups heavy cream (500 ml)
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
Ganache:
- 2 bars dark chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream (250 ml)
Instructions
- First, get a square springform pan and prepare it. This involves buttering the pan and applying a cake collar around it.
- Next, whip the instant pudding mix and heavy cream together to make the cake’s cream.
- Get a bowl and pour milk in it. Dip the tea biscuits in the milk.
- Spread the tea biscuits in an even layer on the pan. Spread the cream over the first layer and then lay a second one on top. You can use different types of tea biscuits for each layer if you want to add a twist of flavor.
- Once you’ve laid out the final layer of biscuits, spread the last layer of cream on top. Place the pan in the freezer for an hour.
- As you wait for the cake to freeze, make the ganache. To do so, boil the heavy cream, break the chocolate into it, and mix until the chocolate melts.
- When the ganache is ready, pour it over the cake and place it in the fridge for hours. Now all that’s left to do is enjoy your delicious biscuit cake!
