Mushroom Soup Easy Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 package fresh mushrooms
- 2 large onions
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 5 tbsp. oil
- ¾ tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ginger (optional)
- ½ bushel of parsley
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1½ tbsp. soup mix
Instructions
- Pour the cornstarch into a cup of cold water and mix it with a spoon until it dissolves.
- Chop the onions and mushrooms into small pieces and set them aside.
- Heat up the oil in a medium-sized pot.
- Once the oil is warm enough, add the onions, mushrooms, and fry for about two minutes.
- As the mushrooms and onions change color, pour the water and add the seasoning.
- Stir everything together and let the mixture cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Lower the heat when the 5 minutes are up and let the mixture simmer for another 20 minutes.
- While the soup is cooking, chop the cilantro.
- After the 20 minutes, sprinkle the cilantro on top, and enjoy!
