These little tuna balls are everybody’s favorite. They’re easy to make and easy to eat as well.
In addition, they make the perfect dish for an afternoon snack, a party, or a side dish at dinner. Serve them with your preferred sauce, and they’ll be gone in seconds.

Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna (strained)
- 2 potatoes (cooked)
- 2 carrots (cooked)
- A bushel of parsley (chopped)
- A bushel of cilantro (chopped)
- 1 scallion (chopped)
- 1 onion (grated)
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- A pinch of salt
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Soup mix (to taste)
Instructions
- Add the parsley, scallion, cilantro, and grated onions after straining them
- Add the strained tuna over the vegetables
- Throw in the bread crumbs and eggs
- Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and soup mix
- Mix everything well until combined
- Wet your hands to start making the patties
- Form small balls of the mixture
- Heat a suitable amount of oil in a deep pan
- Deep fry the tuna balls until golden
- Serve hot
