- ½ cup oil
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 handful of walnut nibs
- ½ cup maple syrup (or more)
- 2 cups self-rising flour (sifted)
- 2½ tsp. vanilla sugar
Instructions

- Mix all the ingredients except for maple syrup and walnuts.
- Oil 2 loaf pans and pour in the batter.
- Generously top with walnut nibs.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 45-50 minutes.
- As soon as you remove it from the oven, pour maple syrup on top.
