Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 lbs. tea biscuits (500 g)
- 1 cup milk with instant coffee (for dipping)
- 3 cups heavy cream (750 ml)
- 2 cups milk (for whipping)
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix (80 g)
- 1 package chocolate instant pudding mix (80 g)
- 1 bar dark chocolate (100 g)
Instructions
- Pour the milk mixed with instant coffee in a bowl.
- Slowly dip the tea biscuits in the bowl, then arrange them in a pan.
- Whip a cup of heavy cream with a cup of milk, a tablespoon of sugar, and a package of vanilla instant pudding mix.
- Once the cream is ready, spread it over the biscuit layer with a spatula. Make sure every piece is covered.
- Gently place another layer of the dipped biscuits.
- Repeat the same process with the whipped cream to make some more, but use the chocolate instant pudding mix this time.
- Use the spatula again to spread the new mixture over the second biscuit layer.
- Gently place a third layer of dipped biscuits. Be extra careful, as these are on top, and we don’t want to break them!
- Place a bar of chocolate with a cup of heavy cream on the stove to melt it.
- Once melted, pour it on top of the cake.
Tips
- Don’t dig into the cake once you’re done with it! We recommend placing it in the refrigerator for a few hours so you can cut it well.
