- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1¼ cups sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 oz. vanilla instant pudding mix (80 g)
- 2 lbs. 5% or 9% quark creamy soft cheese (1 kg)
- Confectioners’ sugar/maple syrup for serving

How to Make Cheesecake Tarts with Vanilla Wafers"
- Start your mini cheesecake adventure by whisking the cheese and sugar and setting them aside for five minutes until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the eggs to the mixture and whisk until well combined—don’t whip it up!
- Move around a ⅓ of the mixture in a smaller bowl, then add the vanilla instant mix, flour, and cornstarch.
- Stir until all lumps disappear.
- Pour the smaller mix into the original bowl again and beat well.
- Oil a baking pan and pour the final batter into it.
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and bake for about 75 minutes until the cake’s edges are airy and almost stable.
- You can take the cake out when it’s just slightly golden—if you want it more golden like Ours, you can leave it a bit more.
- Serve it either hot or cold, and top it with confectioners’ sugar, maple syrup, or whatever you like!
