Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 cup thick rolled oats
- 2 cups flour
- ⅗ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup walnut nibs
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2½ tsp. vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ cup oil
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 9 oz. dark chocolate chips (250 g (it’s also good with less))
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in one large bowl, and start kneading them well.
- When the mixture is combined evenly, wet your hands with some water, and start forming balls.
- Prepare a baking pan lined with parchment paper, then put the balls on it, separating them to prevent them from sticking to each other.
- Gently push on the balls to flatten them a bit.
- Put the pan in the oven at 350°F (180°C), and leave it inside for 20–25 minutes. Then, serve!
