Healthy and Yummy Cauliflower Fritters Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 beautiful cauliflower or a bag of frozen cauliflower
- A bunch of cilantro
- 1 onion (chopped and fried)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 2 potatoes (cooked and mashed)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soup mix
- A pinch of paprika
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Split the cauliflower into florets.
- Place the florets into a pot of water with a sprinkle of salt.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Strain and crush the cooked florets.
- Add the mashed potatoes and mix well.
- Add the cilantro, flour, fried onion, egg, lemon juice, and spices.
- Mix everything well and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a shallow pan.
- Dampen your hands and form the patties.
- Don’t wait too long before putting them into the oil.
- Fry until golden (on both sides).
- Drain the oil on a paper towel before serving.
