Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken breast (½ kg)
- 3 potatoes (cooked and mashed)
- ½ cup semolina (uncooked)
- 1 onion (chopped and fried)
- Parsley (chopped and fried (no stalks))
- Dill (chopped and fried (no stalks))
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Curry (to taste)
- Chicken BBQ seasoning (to taste)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken with the mashed potatoes
- Add the semolina, chopped onions, parsley, and dill
- Stir well until evenly mixed
- Add the salt, pepper, curry, and chicken BBQ seasoning
- Keep mixing until all spices disappear
- Heat some oil inside a non-stick pan over low temperature
- Form patties to your preferred shape and size (use wet hands for this step)
- Fry the patties on both sides until gold and crispy
