Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chicken breast (½ kg)
  • 3 potatoes (cooked and mashed)
  • ½ cup semolina (uncooked)
  • 1 onion (chopped and fried)
  • Parsley (chopped and fried (no stalks))
  • Dill (chopped and fried (no stalks))
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Curry (to taste)
  • Chicken BBQ seasoning (to taste)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken with the mashed potatoes
  • Add the semolina, chopped onions, parsley, and dill
  • Stir well until evenly mixed
  • Add the salt, pepper, curry, and chicken BBQ seasoning
  • Keep mixing until all spices disappear
  • Heat some oil inside a non-stick pan over low temperature
  • Form patties to your preferred shape and size (use wet hands for this step)
  • Fry the patties on both sides until gold and crispy
  • Serve individually, in sandwiches, or next to a salad with your favorite dipping sauce
