As you might have guessed, this one is all about sesame, too. Well, we won’t be using the seeds.
Instead, we’ll focus on turning raw tahini into a glorious pan of tahini bread (no flour added to the batter) that you can pair with your favorite main course.

Tahini Bread: No Flour Needed
Ingredients
- 4 eggs (unseparated)
- 6 tbsp. raw tahini
- 2¼ tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. honey
- Some salt
- Walnut nibs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) without convection.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the tahini, baking powder, salt, and honey.
- Mix everything well until you form a thick, creamy, and smooth batter.
- Oil a bread baking pan and pour the batter into it.
- Top the pan with walnuts.
- Bake the tahini bread until it’s golden. (Should take 20–30 minutes.)
Tips
- Do you have gluten sensitivities? While many store-bought tahini sauces are gluten free, it’s still safer to double-check the label and the ingredients list.
