Flavorful Chocolate Mousse Dessert Cups
Ingredients
- 1 bar milk chocolate (100 g)
- 1 bar white chocolate (100 g)
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream (500 ml)
- Ferrero Rocher + Raffaello
- ½ cup milk
- 4 tbsp. vanilla instant pudding mix
Instructions
- In two separate bowls, melt the white and milk chocolate bars in the microwave.
- Set the melted chocolate aside to cool.
- Whip up your heavy cream cups with the sugar.
- Add the milk and pudding mix to the whipped cream.
- Split the cream blend into two equal portions. (One for each chocolate bowl.)
- Add the whipped cream portions into the respective bowls and mix well.
- Carefully transfer the contents of each bowl into a piping bag.
- Pipe the mousse blends into the dessert cups. (Refer to the picture for guidance.)
- Use the Ferrero Rocher and Raffaello chocolate to garnish the cups to your liking.
Tips
- To cut the hassle, try starting with chilled heavy cream—it should whip up faster!
- Don’t overbeat the cream, or else the fat might separate. Stop whipping once the consistency is silky, fluffy, and even.
