Why this Fast Sourdough Pizza Crust is A MUST-try:
Frequently Asked Questions:
Fast Sourdough Pizza Crust
Can I use a mixer for kneading the dough?
Yes, if you don’t feel like using your hand, you can use a mixer with a kneading hook. If you opt for this method, you’ll need around 10 minutes to get the dough homogenous and good to go.
Is it necessary to bake this pizza at a high temperature?
es, the recipe calls for a 475°F (240°C), but we’d recommend going higher than that if your oven can handle it.
Remember that high temperature is a huge part of why brick-oven pizzas are so glorious. Since most of us don’t have a brick oven at home, the least we could do is crank up the heat and hope for the best!

“The pizza came out excellent. We’ve tried a few pizza recipes that weren’t successful until we tried this one, and it came out great.
In general, your recipes give a very warm homestyle feeling and one level above the rest.”
