Ingredients
- 3 carrots
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 sweet potato
- 3 potatoes
- 1 ½ cups breadcrumbs (white)
- 2 eggs
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Start by grating the carrots, zucchini, sweet potatoes, and potatoes, then strain them to get rid of moisture.
- Put all the grated vegetables in a deep bowl, then add the eggs, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs.
- Mix all the contents of the bowl thoroughly until they’re consistent.
- Pour up to ¾ inch of oil into a marble frying pan and turn up the heat underneath it.
