Tabbouleh is a classic Lebanese salad that you can serve alongside plenty of dishes. It’s easy to make, yet it’s as refreshing and tasty as they come! Here’s an easy tabbouleh recipe for your next dinner party!

Why this Easy Tabbouleh Recipe is A MUST-try:

Ingredients
- ½ cup thin bulgur
- 2 bushels parsley
- 10 leafs Mint
- 2 Scallion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 Cucumbers
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Lemon
Instructions
- Before making the salad, soak the bulgur for 30 minutes, then drain it using a strainer.
- Grab all the greens and chop them finely so that they’re close to being ground. Then, chop the rest of the ingredients and put everything in a large bowl.
- For the salad dressing, add lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to taste.
- Stir the salad well, add salt and lemon if needed, and serve!
Tips
For an authentic Lebanese experience, serve your tabbouleh as filling inside tomatoes!
