Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 small bell pepper
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients—aside from eggs—and throw them into your blender. It’d be better to chop the peppers first to prevent them from disrupting the blender’s motion.
  • Plug the blender in, and blend the mixture until it’s a sauce.
  • Grab a pan and add a couple of drops of oil. Heat them until they’re sizzling, and drop your sauce gently to avoid splattering.
  • Lower the heat a bit and leave the mixture for 5–7 minutes before adding the eggs.
  • Once you add the eggs, cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Then, serve with some crispy baguette, and enjoy!

Tips

If you want to take your plate to the next level, you can serve it with olives, eggplant pieces, or feta cheese cubes.
