Easy Peasy Focaccia Recipe

Ingredients

Focaccia:

  • 1 lb. flour (½ kg)
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dry cilantro
  • A pinch of dry chili
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups water (approximately)

Topping:

  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 bell pepper of each color
  • Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 onion (chopped)

Instructions

Focaccia:

  • Knead all ingredients together until you get a smooth dough.
  • Allow to rest and rise for 30 minutes.
  • Shape the dough however you like.

Topping:

  • Fry all ingredients in olive oil until they soften.
  • Add salt and black pepper at the end.
  • Transfer the dough with the topping to a baking pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
