Ingredients
- 4 cups flour (18 oz. / 1 kg)
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2¼ teaspoons baking powder (½ oz./ 10 g)
- 7 fl. oz. plain yogurt (200 ml)
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
- Mix all the ingredients
- keep mixing until you have a soft dough (add some extra milk if needed)
- Divide the pizza into two equal parts
- Roll out each part into a rectangle
- Spread a generous amount of tomato sauce
- Sprinkle over some shredded cheese
- Add your favorite toppings (olive slices, mushrooms, oregano, salami, feta cheese with Za’atar, etc.)
- Roll up the dough just like a cinnamon roll and slice
- Lay the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Sprinkle some more cheese on top
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden on top
Tips
- If you don’t have a mixer for this recipe, you can still make it. After all, kneading is always an excellent chance to get a bit of exercise.
