Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (120 g)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (5 g)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 oz. cottage cheese (120 g)
- 4 oz. quark creamy soft cheese 5% (120 g)
- 4 fl. oz. heavy cream (120 ml)
- ½ cup sunflower or canola oil
- 3 oz. shredded cheese (100g)
- 2 oz. crumbled feta cheese (50 g)
- 2 oz. grated parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 375°F (190°C)
- Combine all the ingredients inside a large bowl and mix
- Knead the dough until it becomes smooth
- Form small balls of dough (you can stuff each ball with olives if you want)
- Lay the mini balls onto a baking pan
- Brush with eggs and sprinkle some sesame over them
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden (convection oven is optional)
