Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (120 g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (5 g)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 oz. cottage cheese (120 g)
  • 4 oz. quark creamy soft cheese 5% (120 g)
  • 4 fl. oz. heavy cream (120 ml)
  • ½ cup sunflower or canola oil
  • 3 oz. shredded cheese (100g)
  • 2 oz. crumbled feta cheese (50 g)
  • 2 oz. grated parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 375°F (190°C)
  • Combine all the ingredients inside a large bowl and mix
  • Knead the dough until it becomes smooth
  • Form small balls of dough (you can stuff each ball with olives if you want)
  • Lay the mini balls onto a baking pan
  • Brush with eggs and sprinkle some sesame over them
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden (convection oven is optional)
