Dates and Tahini Health Bar Gluten Free
Ingredients
- 10 dates (soaked in warm water for 15 minutes)
- 2 tbsp. raw tahini
- 2 tbsp. fine cocoa powder
Coating:
- 3½ oz. dark chocolate (100 g)
- ½ tsp. coconut oil
- Some kosher salt
Instructions
Bar:
- Mix everything together using a blender.
- Using your gloved hands, form the famous bar shape of the mixture
- Line a tray with parchment paper and place the bars on it.
- Place the tray in the freezer for about an hour
Coating:
- To make the coating, place the dark chocolate with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and put it in the microwave.
- Microwave until it melts, then mix together.
- Remove the bars from the freezer and drizzle with the coat.
- Sprinkle a little bit of kosher salt on top and put them back in the freezer for another hour.
- Keep the bars in the freezer and take them one by one when you feel like enjoying a snack.
