- 7 oz. dark chocolate (or milk chocolate if desired (200 g))
- 1 cup raw tahini
- 3 tbsp. date syrup
- 7 oz. toasted unsalted pecans (walnuts, almonds, etc. (200 g))
- 2 tbsp. oil
Instructions
- Place the chocolate in your microwave and melt it in short bursts. Stir it well with each burst of heat.
- Stir the chocolate until its texture becomes smooth. Then, mix in the oil, raw tahini, and date syrup. The chocolate should start thickening.
- Add the nuts of your choice and mix with the chocolate well.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate mix on top. Smooth out the top with a spoon or butter knife.
- Put your chocolate in the freezer for two hours and let it rest.
- Take it out of the freezer and use a sharp knife to slice the bar.
- Keep the sliced bar in the freezer until you wish to serve it.
