Crunchy thai salad recipe dressing
Ingredients
- ¼ purple cabbage
- ¼ white cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 1 scallion stalk (sliced)
- A handful of walnuts
- A handful of craisins
- 1 tablespoon black sesame
- Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil (or olive oil)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon date syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate concentrate
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Beggin with cutting the cabbage and carrots into thin strips.
- Add a bunch of scallion slices, walnuts, craisins, and black sesame.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing the oil, lemon juice, date syrup, soy sauce, pomegranate concentrate, and salt.
- Pour it over the salad and toss for even coverage.
