  • 1 cup seltzer
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 cup canola oil

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl starting with the liquids first, followed by the dry ingredients.
  • Next, knead into a firm dough.
  • Shape as desired (rings, sticks, or pretzel shape).
  • Finally, place in the oven and convection-bake at 375°F (190°C) until golden.
