They’re incredibly easy to make – you just need a few spices and some oil besides the cauliflower! The whole dish takes about 30 minutes to finish, so you get to enjoy these flavor blobs in no time!
You can also drizzle some hot sauce to turn up the heat or coat the cauliflower with a hot sauce and butter mixture to make buffalo sauce cauliflower wings.
Serve warm with a herby yogurt dip, chili mayo, or ranch dressing for extra yumminess!

Ingredients
- 1 whole cauliflower (cut into florets)
- Granulated garlic
- Salt
- Some paprika

Instructions
- Cook the cauliflower florets in boiling water for 20 minutes.
- Transfer the florets to a strainer. Let them sit for a couple of minutes to drain excess water.
- Arrange the florets on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Don’t overcrowd to prevent sogginess.
- Sprinkle with the granulated garlic, salt, and paprika.
- Drizzle some oil on top.
- Place the florets in the oven at 375°F (190°C) until golden.
