The beauty of crepes goes beyond their flavor.
They’re very easy to make even for begginers, they don’t call for many ingredients (only 5 will do the trick), and you can make them into a sweet or savory dish.
We choose to make it sweet for today, loaded with rich Nutella for a quick chocolate treat! You can also add bananas, nuts, or marshmallows to take your crepe to a whole new level!
This recipe is easily scalable to cater to the whole family. It’s affordable, fun, and hassle-free!
Just be careful of how long you cook your crepes; they get done in seconds so they’re prone to overcooking.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Crepes Recipe With Nutella
Does the oil go in the batter or in the frying pan?
The oil goes into the batter. You can also add a drop to the pan before frying, but it’s not necessary.
How did you make it thin? Do I need to use a special stick tool like how it’s usually made?
No, you don’t need a special tool. Just don’t pour too much batter into the frying pan (a ladleful is generally enough) and you’ll see it spread naturally by itself without you touching it.
Is it possible to skip the milk?
Instead of regular milk, you can use soy milk, almond milk, or water.

Crepes Recipe With Nutella Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl or in a blender, add all the ingredients.
- Beat everything by hand or in the blender until you get a smooth batter.
- Heat up a frying pan on the stove. You may want to add a drop of oil to the pan to prevent the crepe from sticking, but that’s not usually necessary.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan. Don’t pour too much so it doesn’t come out too thick.
- Fry the crepe for about 1 minute until the bottom side is golden and then flip it with a spatula.
- Cook the other side until golden (just less than 1 minute is typically enough).
- Transfer the crepe to a plate. You can cover it with aluminum foil to keep the crepe stack warm.
- Repeat for the rest of the batter.
- Add your favorite topping – we recommend Nutella.
- Roll the crepes into Nutella-filled cylinders or fold them into a quarter-circle shape.
