- 1 cup oil
- 7 fl. oz. sour cream (200 ml)
- 1 cup chocolate-milk mix
- 1 cup self-rising flour
Ganache:
- ½ cup heavy cream (125 ml)
- 3½ oz. dark chocolate (100 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) without convection.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly until well blended.
- Pour the batter into two loaf pans and bake for approximately 30 minutes, ensuring not to overbake.
- Prepare the ganache by melting the chocolate with the heavy cream until smooth and fully combined, then drizzle it over the cake.
