Ingredients
chicken patties:
- 1 lb ground chicken breast (½ kg)
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- A bunch of parsley (chopped)
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons Matzah meal or breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- A pinch of cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon Baharat
- 2 tablespoons oil

- 2 large onions
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki
- Some black pepper
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1 cup water
Instructions

- Grind the carrot, potato, onion, and parsley then combine with ground chicken.
- Add the egg and Matzah meal or breadcrumbs.
- Add the spices and oil.
- Blend well and then let the mixture rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.

- In a pot, cut the onions into strips and fry in oil until golden.
- Add the mushrooms and spices.
- Stir and add the water.
- Using oiled hands, shape the ground chicken mixture into patties.
- Place the patties with the sauce and keep cooking on a low flame until the liquid evaporates (about 30 minutes).
