Ingredients
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 3 eggs
- 9 oz. cottage cheese (250 g)
- 9 oz. ricotta cheese (250 g)
- 9 oz. feta cheese (250 g)
- 9 oz. quark creamy soft cheese (250 g)
- 9 oz. low-fat mozzarella (250 g)
- 1 can black olive rings
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tsp. coarse black pepper
- A pinch of salt
- Some grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Into a large bowl, grate all the hard cheeses using a grater.
- Add the soft cheeses and the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well until completely combined.
- With wet hands, shape the mixture into small balls.
- Place the cheese balls on lightly oiled parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the cheese buns with sesame seeds.
- Spray each bun with a little bit of cooking spray.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
