Easy and Quick Tortilla Bourekas

Ingredients
- 12 tortillas
- 1 lb. cottage cheese (500 g)
- 7 oz. shredded cheese (200 g)
- 10 oz. feta cheese or shredded mozzarella (300 g)
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Some milk
- Sesame (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all the types of cheese with one of the two eggs
- Whisk the remaining egg with some milk in a small bowl to make an egg wash
- Brush the tortillas with the egg wash
- Fill each tortilla with about three tablespoons of the cheese mix
- Roll the tortillas and close their two ends in the process by folding them in (to keep all the melted cheese inside)
- Lay them on a baking sheet (open face down)
- Brush the tortilla rolls with a beaten egg and sprinkle some sesame on them
- Bake for about 20 minutes until they get a golden color (and the cheese melts)
