- Benihana chicken teriyaki recipe can be enjoyed without going to Benihana. The following are the steps you can follow in your own kitchen to make this dish using one pan:
- Make bite-sized pieces of chicken. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken.
- Make sure the chicken bites are well coated with the other ingredients listed in the recipe card below.
- Cook the coated chicken for 4 to 5 minutes in a pan with some oil. Cook until the chicken is brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the heat and serve immediately. Keep warm.
- Make your mustard sauce and rice.
- Using the same pan you used to cook the chicken, add some oil and sauté your vegetables.
