This is mainly because we use a few spices with a couple of ingredients to create the perfect base for the meat. As a result, nothing overpowers the taste of the beef but simply compliments it.

Why this Beef Shoulder Roast Recipe is A MUST-try:

Ingredients
- Minute steak roast (diced)
- 4 onions (cut into strips)
- 1 can of whole mushrooms
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Turmeric
- 1 tbsp. soup mix
- Small potatoes (halved)
Instructions
- In a large pot, pour in the olive oil and sear the beef cubes from both sides, then leave it to cool.
- In another pot, fry the onion strips until they turn golden.
- Add the mushrooms, seared beef cubes, then season to taste.
- Add water until it covers the beef cubes, then cover and place it in the oven for about 2 hours at 320°F (160°C).
- Once the two hours are up, add the potatoes, then place them back in the oven for another hour.
