Ingredients
- 4 pieces of salmon fillet
- 5 hot red peppers
- ½ bundle of coriander
- 15 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon
- ¾ cup of oil
- Sweet red paprika (to taste)
- Hot red paprika (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- Turmeric (a little)
Instructions
For the spicy salmon recipe Marinade:
- Grab your coriander bundle and drop it in the food processor. Add 5 cloves of garlic and one red pepper, then turn it on for a few seconds.
- Add 3/4 cup of oil on top of the mixture, then season with ground black pepper, spicy paprika, coarse salt, and some turmeric. Leave the mixture aside.
For the salmon fish:
- Turn the oven on and adjust it to 390°F(200°C).
- Grab a bowl and put your salmon in it. If you want to cut it into smaller pieces, do so before this step.
- Grab the mixture you prepared earlier, and start getting salmon rub for baking.
- Add the peeled garlic cloves on top, along with 4 hot red peppers and 4 lemon slices. Rub the fish again thoroughly, making sure to cover every part of it in the marinade.
- When you’re done, take the fish out of the bowl and put it in an oven-safe tray.
- Cover the tray entirely with aluminum foil, then slide it into the oven.
- Leave it for 15 minutes, then take it out to remove the foil. Afterward, slide it back in for 15 more minutes.
- Take it out, serve it, and enjoy seasoned salmon recipe baked!
