Baked Cauliflower With Sweet Chili

Looks amazing! Is the cauliflower whole?

Yes, the cauliflower is whole. Having said that, after boiling it, try to gently separate the florets by pulling them apart. This is to be able to get the dressing as deep inside as possible.

Does the vinegar leave its taste in the cauliflower after boiling?

No, it doesn’t. We only do that to get rid of the insects inside (if present). Boiling the cauliflower in salt water for two minutes after washing it should eliminate any trace of the vinegar taste.
