Apple Cake Recipe With Cake Mix
Ingredients
- 3 large apples (diced small)
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 large eggs (or 4 small)
- 1 cup sugar (or a little more)
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- Confectioner’s sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (170°C)
- Put the brown sugar, oil, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl
- Mix over medium heat until soft and fluffy
- Continue beating while adding in the eggs one at a time
- Add the self-raising flour to the mixing bowl gradually
- Proceed with mixing until everything is well combined
- Add the diced apples over the mixture and fold gently
- Pour the mixture into a silicone oven mold or any oiled baking pan
- Bake for about an hour until the toothpick you stick in the center comes out clean
- Remove from the oven and let cool for about fifteen minutes
- Take out the cake from the pan and dust it with confectioner’s sugar
- Slice and enjoy (preferably served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream)
