- 4 XL eggs
- 1 cup sugar (200 g)
- 2½ cups flour (300 g)
- 2½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¾ cup orange juice
- ¾ cup oil
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chocolate milk mix
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, orange juice, oil, flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until you get a smooth batter.
- Take out about ½ a cup of the batter and set aside.
- Mix the chocolate-milk mix, cinnamon, and brown sugar into the batter.
- Pour a bit more than half the amount of the light batter (from the cup) into the baking pan.
- Pour the dark batter over the light batter in the pan.
- Pour the rest of the light batter on top.
- Lightly mix to create a swirl appearance.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool then serve.
