Course: Breakfast, Lunch

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise (low-fat mayonnaise recommended)
  • 1 bag of Sanfrost broccoli (800 g)
  • Salt (according to your taste)
  • Black pepper (according to your taste)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  • Oil a baking pan.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan.
  • Bake at 356°F(180°C) for 30 minutes.

Tips

No Need to Thaw

If you’re using frozen broccoli, you might think that it’s crucial to let it thaw. It’s okay if you did, but it’s not required.

Get Creative With the Toppings

While you can serve the pie as-is, you might want to customize the dish to boost the flavor profile. For instance, you can sprinkle some bread crumbs and grated parmesan on top.

Watch for the Browning

Usually, the pie takes half an hour to bake. However, you can also tell that it’s done cooking when it turns brown.
