The Best 4-Ingredient Egg Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 scallion leaves (chopped)
Seasoning:
- Salt
- Coarse black pepper
Instructions
- Finely chop or grate the eggs into a bowl ( be sure to boil them first!)
- Now go on and add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper and mix gently.
- Add the chopped scallion and mix gently until combined.
- Taste and adjust flavors as needed.
